How to Adjust Espresso Volume? a. Start and preheat the espresso machine (when the light is not flashing). b. Press and hold the 1 or 2 Cup button you want to adjust for 3-5 seconds. c. When it reaches your desired volume, press the 1 or 2 Cup button again, and the machine will remember this volume. Reset Default: Turn off the machine without unplugging it. Then press and hold the 1 Cup and Steam button for 3-5 seconds.

How to Use the Steam Function? a. Press the Steam button to enter steam mode, turn the knob to ON for 3 seconds to release cooled water droplets from the wand, then turn it to OFF. b. Press the steam button again, place whole milk under the steam wand and turn the knob to ON. c. When you reach the desired temperature or milk foam, turn the knob to OFF. d. Use a wet cloth to wipe and push back the steam wand, then turn it to ON for 3 seconds to release any remaining milk.

Why does the indicator light keep flashing when I press the ON button? The machine is preheating and will take 20-30 seconds. If the flashing continues, check that the water tank is installed properly and filled with water, and ensure that the side knob is turned OFF.
